Mangham founded In Her Shoes (IHS), a nonprofit located in Webb, MS, in 2017 and operates it with a staff of three: a program coordinator, an outreach and communications coordinator, and an administrative assistant.IHS is the means by which Mangham helps farmers learn the business of farming. It’s also the hub for everything else she does.
