IHS Apprentice

IHS Apprentice is a one-year paid apprenticeship program that helps young adults build practical skills, earn credentials, and prepare for long-term career growth. Participants receive 40 hours per week of hands-on, on-the-job paid training while exploring career pathways, pre-apprenticeship opportunities, job-shadowing experiences, and industry-recognized certifications. With mentorship, soft-skills coaching, and registration support, the program is designed to move students from interest to action and connect learning directly to real work opportunities.
